官民連携PR動画『ヘソノオノウタ　Heso no O no Uta』

この作品は、平成29年7月に西脇市と官民連携協定を締結した地元出身のクリエイターグループ「ヘソノオ・クリエイティブ室」の皆さんが制作されたもので、多くの市民の皆さんのご協力を得ながら、西脇の地で生命を紡いでゆく『日本のへその緒』のコンセプトをより深く見つめたものとなっています。

また、BGMの『ヘソノオノウタ 』英語版は、市内の古民家で丁寧に収録され、悠久の時の流れを感じさせる独特の空気感を醸し出しています。本市に縁のあるプロのクリエイターたちの熱い思いが込められた感動作、ぜひご覧ください。
